Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Free standard shipping on every order, worldwide — always.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Because every pouch is personally embroidered to order, please allow this time for your order to be crafted before it ships.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand or seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by destination:

United States7–15 business days
Canada10–20 business days
Europe10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand10–20 business days
Rest of World10–30 business days

These are estimated times and are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after your shipment confirmation email.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume
  • International transit issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@mypouchly.com — we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, please contact us at support@mypouchly.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon arrival. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

My Pouchly has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what fees, if any, may apply.
